New York, December 12, 1887, registered letter to Baden Germany, U222 5¢ postal entire and 10¢ brown 1882 American Banknote Co. pay the registered UPU letter rate to Germany. Endorsed "p. Trave" (Norddeutscher Lloyd Trave). Lanman & Kemp New York December 10, 1887 datestamp, large New York registry examiner's handstamp, and Eitlingen, December 25, 1887 transit on back.

HUD. TERM. STA. NY 4 [New York] March 25, 1925 AIR-MAIL SAVES TIME slogan cancel on letter to New York City franked with 2¢ carmine 1923 with L&K perforated initials.
